The Concert celebrated 50 years since the group’s inception and remembered its founder and former President of the Frome Musical Theatre Company Bob Stannard, who recently passed away.
This year’s concert, in memory of Bob, had a loose theme of ‘Anniversaries’ and included songs and medleys from shows such as Carmen, which was the first show performed by the group in 1967, My Fair Lady, The Mikado, Merry Widow, Fiddler on the Roof, The Music Man, Paint Your Wagon, Camelot, Oliver, Finian’s Rainbow, Showboat, Me and My Girl and Sweet Charity.
